1. Services & Lead Intermediation

Ace operates as a digital platform that connects users seeking painting and decorating services with independent, qualified trade contractors. We do not directly execute physical painting or decorating projects. By requesting an estimate, you acknowledge that you are entering into a service contract directly with the matched local contractor, not with Ace.

2. Accuracy of Estimator Tool

Our interactive estimate calculator is designed to provide approximate project cost indications based on standard national averages. The values generated by the tool do not constitute a binding legal contract or a fixed price quote. A physical survey and official contract specification from the matched local painter are required to establish final pricing.

3. Warranty Administration

The 10-Year Craftsmanship Guarantee is administered and fulfilled directly by the matched contractor who performs the work. Ace provides verification standards for network members but does not hold legal liability for contractor performance or material defects.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete details (including physical address and contact phone number) when using our lead capture forms. We reserve the right to decline routing requests that contain incomplete, false, or spam data.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ace or its parent company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the performance, delay, or failure of trade contractors matched through our platform.
